The industrial complex BTK-Textil unites, “under the same roof,” the various stages of manufacturing high-tech textiles, which makes it possible to shorten the production of materials and finished products, as well as to monitor the quality of the products produced at each stage of the process chain.
The complex of enterprises "BTK Textiles" is located on the territory of the former Shakhty cotton factory named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR (KBC) - one of the giants of the Soviet light industry, which was launched in 1970. The company specialized in the production of knitted and weaving products, and also performed a full cycle of fiber processing - from yarn to finished fabrics and garments for various purposes.
However, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, production gradually fell into disrepair.
The production area of the former KBC in the town of Shakhty was acquired by BTK Holding in 2013.
In the course of a large-scale reconstruction, a major overhaul of all production and administrative premises was carried out, taking into account the requirements of installing the latest modern textile equipment.
Currently, the premises of the industrial complex meet all international requirements for modern production and are located on an area of 120,000 square meters. m.
The total land area is 27 hectares, which saves the possibility for a significant increase in production capacity.
The main building of the complex consists of 3 floors, where the premises for finishing production, weaving, knitwear shop, garment factory, storage, repair and administrative premises are located.
The building is equipped with modern elevators.
Also, in the building there are two canteens for staff.
The company has all engineering communications, modern cleaning systems, its own boiler room, as well as access roads.
Modern communication and fire protection systems ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise and minimize the risk of emergency situations and their consequences.
